Kate has been teaching ballet in Southern California for the past fifteen years.  She began her training at the age of eight at Long Beach Ballet with David Wilcox, Victor and Tatiana Kasatsky, Lisa Marie Goodwin, and Shani Englert.

She joined the studio’s junior company, Long Beach Ballet Theater when she was twelve and performed throughout the western states with Regional Dance America for the next five years.

She attended the San Francisco Ballet School’s Summer Intensive on scholarship and Houston Ballet School’s Summer Intensive on a full scholarship.

Kate performed in the Glory of Christmas from 1997-2003, and as their principal soloist from 99’-03’. She also performed in the Glory of Easter from 99’-03’

Teaching classical ballet to students of all ages over the past fifteen years has brought so much joy to Kate’s life. She loves her Elite family and the relationships she has formed with students, their families, and the incredible staff.
